Football Manager meets Final Fantasy Tactics. I mean sign me up. There is a lot of customization items for players and teams (Are you paying any attention at all Madden) and this looks like it could be a sports game you get lost in for a while.
That said, this is a turn-based soccer game (Not the most action packed sport to begin with) so fans of said action should stay very far away.
