Aaron Trainor was born and raised in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, where he started out as an aspiring musician. He later moved to Vancouver, B.C., where alongside of playing music in a band, started acting and booking work in commercials, film, and TV. He has lived in Vancouver, B.C. and Los Angeles, CA, but now calls Portland, Oregon home. He is the youngest of nine children. He has been married to his wife since July 2001. They have two children.
