Timothy Leonard Dalton Leggett (born 21 March 1946), known by the stage name Timothy Dalton, is a British actor. He is best known for portraying James Bond in The Living Daylights (1987) and Licence to Kill (1989), as well as Rassilon in Doctor Who (2009-2010), Mr. Rochester in Jane Eyre (1983), Rhett Butler in the television miniseries Scarlett (1994), and Simon Skinner in Hot Fuzz (2007). Dalton portrayed Sir Malcolm Murray for three seasons on Penny Dreadful (2014–2016) and, since 2019, has portrayed Niles Caulder in the DC Comics TV adaptation Doom Patrol. (Wikipedia)
