Often very much worth the watch but not a film I could see myself revisiting. Sometimes excellent but otherwise unpleasant films end up with this score.
The Starfighters is one of the more painful MST3K episodes but certainly no fault of Mike, The Bot, or the writers. They stepped up to the plate and did better than one could expect. With such a boring movie, it just wasn’t enough.
Scratch is a real treat for those that enjoy their creature features.
Overall a good movie that hits above its weight let down by a poorly thought out denouement.
It is a fun movie and often a good story, but not one of these idiots has a lick of sense. That is probably why they were so gung-ho to invade Iraq.
